I've got the chance to buy a rotary 12000lb 2 post lift and I was wondering what a good price would be.

One of the dealerships around here moved locations and I know a guy that bought a couple of the lifts and he is looking to sell one.

Assuming I get it for a good price this could turn out pretty sweet.

He just told me 3k. From the sounds of things that's not a "bad" deal, just not a good one either. Also 12k lbs is probably overkill for what I really need so I don't really want to pay for more lift than I really need.

10k min if you want to lift that dmax

i would buy a 12k no problem . and a rotary lift . . . . no brainer .

if any diesel or crew cabs in your plans to work on its nice to have the comfort factor . . .

do you have the hight to install it is the next ? rotary's web site has all the specs .

make sure the electric motor is reg single phase and 220 not 3 phase and or 208 wild leg . lots of shops use wierd stuff for power .

Yeah, I figured 10k at least but looking at prices new, there is a big jump in price between 10k and 12k.

Good call. I'll double check.
