Well the drum brakes on my new 61 3/4 ton Eaton rear are shot. So I want to go to disks on this one. Unfortunatly the chevy 3/4 ton 4x4 rotors use a 9/16 stud but my hub uses a 1/2 inch stud so the studs are realy loose :(

I could redrill the hub for bigger studs... or redrill the rotor for smaller studs... but I would rather find a stock part that would work.

So, does anyone know of a 8 lug disk that uses 1/2" studs??? The guy at napa was no help and coulden't/woulden't help me this morning

Thanks
ROB

Ford used 1/2" studs on the 3/4-ton trucks (I think). Start go to the parts store and look for some F250 4x4 rotors.

Yeah, look for various year Ford stuff. You have to make sure the hat and the rotor thickness is right though.

You could also try later model stuff. It'd be metric, but it'd be real close.
