Rough Country 4 inch lift

I run the Procomp 4 inch front with a shackle flip rear , I like the ride . My friend runs the 4 inch Rough Country 4 inch complet with blocks , I like the ride of that . I got mine as a package price , that swhy I got it , lift , locker brake lines etc at a discount . Either kit will be rougher than the springs reccomended here , but I do not know what they compare the ride to . I find the ride nice to me , better than a 3/4 ton truck for sure , and only a little worse than my wife's 2003 Impala /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif

Uh where are you guys getting BDS systems?
Rough Country is 479.00 with front and rear springs and 4 Heckethorn shocks 4 inch lift.
BDS is 989.00 with front and rear springs and 4 similar shocks from the local 4x4 shop.

So I am not sure where the similar cost quotes are coming from. But at this point I will be getting a 4 inch Rough Country lift. 479 + 100 shipping = 579.00.

Thanks for all the replys

Tim

That's why I'm here, although I sell neither Rough Country or BDS. BDS's pricing sucks and I'll leave it at that, that's why I refuse to carry the product line. Rough Country I'm working on offering so I can give you even better deals than ebay.

I can also get you hooked up with a Tuff Country system for a pretty reasonable price.

[/ QUOTE ] Personally I'd go with Tuff Country Springs in the front and the ORD shackle flip in the rear. $579.00 is alot too spend for a lumberwagon ride.

Look in JC Whitney for the Rough Country lift kit, I got mine thru them and used the discount and cheap shipping(I think it was 15.00) they were offering at the time. Paid just a little over 300 for a 4 inch kit, spings for front, blocks for rear, shocks and steering arm. Only thing it didn't come with was the sway bar bracket extenders. Got these later directly from Rough Country for 50 including shipping.
Ride is not bad, and I liked the price
