Not everything will swap over. I emailed lomax awhile back and asked if i could swap the internals from a ford 205 (that I have) into a chevy lomax 205, they said some parts would swap but there is still some parts that I would have to source from a chevy 205. Let me see if i still have the e-mail.

Hi, I am considering the LOMAX 205 for my k-5 blazer project. I was wondering what exactly is not included in the kit that I will need to take off a "donor 205". Could I use the required parts from a ford 205? I currently don't have a chevy 205 but I was given a ford 205.

Here is their reply;
The kit comes with our new empty case and a full gear set. Everything else comes from the donor. Some of the Ford parts will transfer but not much since the Ford is a drivers side drop. From the Ford unit, you could use the shift forks, intermediate shaft, and bearing retainers but that is about it. I have the other GM 205 parts in stock if you need to supplement the case and gear kit.
