Are there any sites/places that can issue a new set of RPO codes for a vehicle based off of the VIN? My RPO sticker in the glove box is MIA (Is there another location where one would be?). I'm a bit torn on whats original to the truck and whats not and would just like to have an idea.

Nope.
The VIN can be decoded for some of the options but your glove box is the only place where they put the RPO codes.
But unless you are restoring it to exact specifications which in these trucks isn't worth anything yet, why do you want to know.

Definitely won't be restoring it, I realize theres no value in a restored 1982 K5 Blazer, I guess it was just for peace of mind. Started prepping it for paint last night and sanded through what looked like 6 layers, black then grey then white then black then grey then black and it sparked some interest I guess. Appreciate the info.

dealer invoice would have the option list, if you know who the dealer was, and if they would still have such record.

My '83 had the RPO tag on the inner fender, but I would guess you might have found it were it still there.
