Well I just got my 1977 k5 this week and after taking a look at the body mounts the rubber is all cracked and in bad shape so I'm replacing all bushings .Are the poly ones better and who makes the best ones.thanks and will be upgrading my membership so I can post pictures.

meh, just buy the cheapest set of poly mounts you can find. I'd think they are all the same. Make sure to get hardware with it. Mine were from ORD with a 1" BL.

I put in the rubber ones from LMC on my Suburban. I liked the quality of those. I would recommend also installing a 1" body lift from ORD while you are at it. They are much easier to work on underneath afterwards.

That's all I need to do is add more lift my girlfriend is only 5'3" and can hardly get in it now

Oh...what I came here for....I got the rubber LMC ones because I wanted factory AND they came with the bolts....
the bolts are hard to find and can be as much as $18 each for oem grade 8...if I wasn't going factory, I'd go Poly because they say they last longer.
Just make sure you examine your bolts before you try to use them again...I've heard you are not suppose to reuse those bolts.

I do love pushing her up in the truck but she doesnt cause I have to smack her a$$.its just to easy not too.I think I'm going to with the poly ones and get new bolts
