Rubber boot tore on Draglink, Replace?

I was under my truck yanking the SwayBar as per CK5.com and noticed on my draglink the end link has a pretty torn rubber boot. Should I just go ahead and get a new one or will this work for awhile?

Shoot a bit of fresh grease into it every now and then and it will be just fine as long as you're not in mud/water on a regular basis. If you are, fresh grease after each outing will keep the end link working fine.

It's really not hard to replace it if you really want to.
