Some of the blazer's used to come with a rubber floor instead of carpet. I know new carpet is available after market but can you find that rubber anywhere?
LMC does indeed sell it. Not bad, for $170 or so; I put such a thing in my CUCV to replace the rather nasty one that was in it. Donno that it's show quality restoration but it doesn't mind getting mud and Dr Pepper in it, that's for sure.
Rubber floor is the only way to go. Who's bright idea was it to put carpeting in cars, let along trucks?! I don't get it. I ordered my '97K2500 with rubber floor. My '86 c10 is rubber floor, the K5 is Line-X!
My Favorite is the infamous Chevy Z71 Package, dunno if it's still this way, but for a long time it was, if you wanted the Z71 "Off-Road" package (consisted of: Bilstein shocks, skid plate, leather wrap steering wheel(?!),"off-road" jounce bumpers, and a "Off-Road" tuned stabilzer bar), BUT you HAD to have carpeting as well. What? I want the off-road package which forces carpeting on me? Who's putting the marketing packages together...come on GM....
