Just traded my Camaro for this Jimmy with a really good friend and one of the things he did to save money was replace is old fuel line with some rubber line from another truck.

Curious if that should be something that needs intimidate attention with my cold Alaska climate?

Also, can you use Sea foam with rubber lines? Or is there any potential that it could eat through?

Thanks for any input!

If you have ethanol gas in Alaska it can make old incompatable rubber hoses fail,or pieces come off the lining and clog things up...

I've used Seafoam on old tractors and mowers and haven't had it eat any rubber lines...but there is always that chance...hose is cheap, compared to a fire from a leak..I'd replace it if its older than 5 years or so...
