I just wanted to let everyone know that I recieved a heavy duty differential cover for my 14ff from Dan at ruffstuff for Christmas.

And to tell you the truth...I dont think a 50 cal. from 5 feet would dent this thing.:haha: My old cover bit the dust cause the detroit banged so hard that it sheared the lock nut bolt off the 14ff, then it got chewed up in the ring gear, then it hit the stock cover from the inside out....killing it. The 14ff and detroit are fine.....the stock cover is dead. Lets just say....this cover may be the only thing swappable if I were to ever completley destroy my truck. Thanks to Dan for making a super high quality product.:D (Also, thanks for including 2 extra drain plugs....since you make the covers, you obviously know that the cover will survive an atomic blast...but the drain plug might need replacing).

Always appreciate feedback...

I've bought a bunch of stuff from RuffStuff for the build of my brother's TJ.

Elliott's doing good. He recently bought a house in jamestown. His truck is still in the process of being built. He did away with the rear blocks and did a home brew shackle flip. The shackle angle is waaay off but he is trying to figure that out now. He has also fixed a good amount of the rust, bedlined both the inside and outside of the truck, painted the truck od green, welded the rear end....etc. Lately he has mainly been working on his house more than the truck (we just built a second deck for it about 3 weeks ago). Hopefully he will be able to wheel this year sometime.

How are you doing way out there.
