Running radiator behind cab

1-1/2" or 1-3/4" HREW tubing should work.

Hard line as much as you can and you need blenders at any high points. Air bubles are your worst enemy in a system like that. But very doable. Is this on a mud bogger or a dessert rig.

I'm running 1 3/4" aluminum tubing from front to back. The appropriate grade of aluminum can be bent to some degree. If you have to have sharper bends you'll have to do it with sections of radiator hose or silicone elbows.

Just remember, if you have a chevy and want to run the rad backwards in the back you need a Ford radiator or have to criss cross the hoses at some point.
