Running rich

My volt gauge is ready all over the map from 8-13 depending on its mood. I am in the process of taking photos as it seems things have been moved around alot under the hood ( electrica wise )

What ever happened with this?

My truck is running rich and has a code 44 along with a code 22 and I've done everything but change the heated O2 sensor and TPS out.

Probably need a new thread for that. 44 is a lean condition, if the exhaust is rich that screams of vacuum leak, exhaust leak, etc.

This MAP or MAF? If MAP, wonder if the code 22 (TPS voltage low) can set based on vacuum reading at idle that is lower than expected.

TPI codes are here, check what it says about code 22 and how it sets. My internet is not letting me download and view the correct page: http://coloradok5.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2342174&postcount=1

I have a thread in the injection section for the code 44 that I posted in February. I fixed the exhaust leak I had and checked for intake leaks, but couldn't find any.
The voltage at the TPS isn't .54v (I think that's what I remember it's suppose to be), or it doesn't read correctly when I open the throttle blades, I can't remember which. So I figure that's what the code 22 is for.
