I got the 25" ORD extended brake lines from ORD for a 4-6" lift. I'm wondering if these are long enough if I decide to go to 52" up front.

Running stock lift 52's up front? How long are your brake lines?

They should be, but may be a little short. I think mine are around 24 and I've had them a little tight before. Thats almost the point where you need to limit strap the front to keep the u-joint from binding though.
