I recently changed out my fuel pressure regulator diaphragm because it was leaking badly. In the process i changed all my gaskets and noticed i had a crappy injector so i switched them both out with new ones. Now the truck is running very rich. I have checked for leaks in the TBI, I have checked my voltage to my ECT sensor and my MAP sensor. They both have voltage to them and im assuming they work since they did right before this. Ive been puzzled for days. Has anyone had this happen, or any ideas on what to check and how to fix?

it is running rich in both bank 1-2

I appologize if there is a thread on this already and if so i havent found it, a link would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I have changed the map sensor and the ECT sensor and no change.. please help?? i do not want to foul my plugs and get carbon build up all over everything..?

Your surevthe o2 sensors are good? Positive the new injectors jave a good spray pattern & flow?

There is just the one 02 sensor right? im not 100% the spray pattern would be good but they are new. Ive tried watching them as much as possible but its hard to tell if they are spraying exactly the same or on point. Is there a certain kind of light to use. I am not working on this in a garage or i would have tried to make it dark and use a light on them maybe?

I have primed the ignition and looked for leaks and no spray or fuel is coming out anywhere in the tbi with the ignition on and the truck not running. I have replaced the o2 sensor again and it seems to be running alot better. The previous new one i bought might have been a lemon. I also sanded down all my grounds and de rusted them and re attached where the o2 sensors harness breaks off to a ground. Thanks for the help of this site. Reading through countless threads and things people have posted with previous problems my exhaust no longer burns your eyes and just smells very sweet. I washed all my plugs and will recheck them in a week or so to see for rich burning carbon build ups.
