Rust Encapsulator??

This is brand new to Eastwood . it's called Rust encapsulator and is made to go over rust. It says it dosn't need a UV top coat. Any one use this? $20 for an aerosol can, $18 for a pint and $27 for a quart. It can also be thinned up to 20% to run through a spray gun. and if it is desired it can be painted over with most automtive paints..or so it says.

souds like a cheap version of POR15? like getting the "walmart " brand... use it then tell us if it works LOL
