Well since your pics are pretty crappy its kind of hard to see exactly where things are but I am assuming the first pic is a seat bolt hole? The 2nd pic I have no idea and the third, is that the where the seatbelt mounts?

Sorry the pics are from my phone. I dont have batterys for my good camera.

The first pic is one of the back hole for the passenger side seat mount. This hole is the closest one to the door on the back.

The second pic is of the floor pan on the passenger side. This is right where your feet would go when sitting in the front passenger seat.

The third pic is where the floor pan meets the side of the body, just in front of the door. Let me see if I can take some better pics.

i had a similar situation, but a lot more of it.

-i used my :hack: to hack the really nasty worthless metal out.
-removed loose rust scale with putty knife and wire brush
-sanded with 100 grit
-naval jelly to dissolve more rust (then sanded again)
-spray-on rust converter.

that left me most of the rust either dissolved or stabilized and primed. then...

-used galvanize roof flashing (thickest i could find) to cover holes
-used ats duct sealant epoxy to cover flashing

end result is a strong, light, flexible, waterproof patch. it's been about 3 years now with no problem.

Cut out the crap, weld in some decent steel. Prime, paint and then roll on the bedliner.

hahah that first pic looks familiar...just found that problem on mine this past week. Both of my seats have a crack on the right side of the seat at the back mount. I'm gonna have a friend of my dad's weld it up, should look good as new when he's done...its nothing really bad or anything so it should be an easy fix
