First off, hello to everyone, this is my first post.
I picked up a 73 K10 from a buddy. Reg cab, short box, SM465, 205, and 350 motor. He bought a 454 from a 1993 1ton from our former employer in town, now its my 454.
Anyways, the question is this: What do I do to fix my rotten floor? I can see daylight through a hole near the kicker panel on the drivers side. Small hole on passenger side as well. Im not looking for a show quality fix, just want to stop further damage and maybe weld it up somehow. I'm no body work guy, but I can mig weld pretty good. I know lots of you guys must have had similar problems, these trucks/blazers are 30 years old now.
I'm including a few pics of my truck. Still is pieces, not running yet. Can take a picture of my floor if you guys wanna see it.
Thanks,
Eric
