Ryoken green zinc primer arrived

yeah, I got one this morn too after I fired off a sarcastic one yesterday... never got back to me with a track #... just gimme the $52, I'll buy zinc wash... sleep better at night using that anyway....
4 cans of the Marpro showed up today... now this begs the question, anyone look into buying this brand yet? I'm betting it's virtually identical to the Moeller.. well, i'll get back to you after I use some.. and to be honest, that could be a LONG time due to Kai... end of the summer if I'm lucky...
What's the difference between the chromate and phosphate? I ordered 10 cans from the link which showed chromate and they sent me Moeller 025802 green zinc phosphate.
phosphate is technically for steel, as opposed to alum... I'm sure it'd be decent for at least parts, but I make no claim for large, sheetmetal, bodywork areas... it may be fine on a hood, it may not..

F*ckers could of at least had the decency to make me aware they were substituting the product before shipping it. Packing slip shows the phosphate but below it shows the part number for the chromate. Confirmation email shows the chromate also.

So has anyone shot the new primer they got sent out yet? pros/cons? Hoping Ryoken has least shot little of it before I order this week.
nope, it'll be a while before I do.. I'm betting it's virtually identical to the Moeller tho... hopefully you don't get screwed with a substitution like K588...

Squirted both, they looked/acted the same to me, maybe a little more yellow color from the MarPro ( in no way shape or form am I an expert). The sight I bought 2 cans from last week sent me MarPro. Previously they sent me Moller. Looking back a the sight the do have a disclaimer that the may substitute between the to and that they are an identical product.
