What shape are the wheels in, and any idea on the cost to ship them to 46250?

By using the UPS website, I come up with 33.60. 2 per box, 2 boxes. The rims have some clear coat pealing in the center by lugnuts and some on lip. I can get pics and send to you if you want. PM me an email address to send pics too.
