?'s on 241 on ebay

I was wondering how to tell if it is for an electronic or mechanical speedometer and whether or not this was a good price? I have asked him questions and he has not replied. I live near where he says he is located so i might be able to go look at it and talk it down if he does not sell it. I am also wondering what i should watch for.

what year is it from? '89 had the mechanical speedo and 90 and 91 had the electronic if I remember right.

I dont know the guy selling it hasn't responded to the questions i have sent him and was wondering if i could tell by looking at the pictures.

i just looked and 2 241 tcases came up. and both are ifs driver drop setup. so thay are both electric speedo. and the one i saw has the plug the other was upside down and couldnt tell.
