Im getting ready to order the B 52 conversion from DIY4X and was wondering if anyone was familiar with this setup. Im wanting to know about how much lift I will gain in the front so that I know how much lift to put in the back. Thanks

There is no additional lift given by the B52 brackets themselves. If you are installing 52" (or 56") rear springs though they will add 4" to what ever size spring they are (ie; stock = 4" lift, 4" lift spring = 8" lift).

Ya roger that on the stock rear 52 inch springs. I was also thinking of adding a zero rate add-a-leaf to the pack as well. I will be running 35 inch Boggers and want little to no tire rub when the suspension is compressed. My fenders are trimmed as far as they can be without modification to the fender wells and my Blazer clears 33's with no rub at all so I dont antisipate any problems with the 35's

Expect about 5" with the zero rate added. My 52's are wore aout pretty good and I still netted about 5" with the zero rate. If they're new springs, you will probably get more lift than that.

The springs I will be using are infact brand new. The whole reason Im doing the 52 inch swap is to gain more flex in my front suspension so I guess the thing Im really curions about is how well it works. As far as my rear suspension Im seriosly thinkin about doing the flip-n-switch an moving the axle back a little bit by re drilling the spring perches to keep the tires away from the front of the wheel wells. Any info on how well the 52's work on the front would would be great Im hoping for a super flexible setup.
Thanks all

I know it's been said a million times but spending $25 on a membership here is money well spent... with a membership you can search through old threads... especially with a subject like this that's been covered a lot.
That being said... from the rigs I've seen here 52's flex like crazy so expect to make contact with the fender... also think about limit straps, bump stops and brake lines...

Oh and it's cool to meet another Henderson... looks like I've got family in Alaska!
