These are brand new, plastic on them, still in the box never even opened. My cousin got them for her Burb but someone rear ended her and totalled the truck before they could even be installed. They are the Westin Signature Series ones, chrome with the step inserts. Fits a 92-99 Burb (excludes ¾ ton 4WD), part #25-0640. For more details on fitment check out http://www.westinautomotive.com/.
