Well, it has been an extremely fun project thus far, but its time to let her go. I'd say its about 90% complete...runs and drives the only things left are smaller issues that I simply don't have time for these days with a 5-month old little one running around, lol.

Anyway, here are the details:

1986 K5, 6.2 700R4 NP208 roughly 160K on the odometer (diesel VIN)
Dana 60/Corp 14B axles, 4.56 gears, rear Detroit and front Spartan lockers
GM-8 turbo, 6.5 exhaust manifold and x-over
Banks sidewinder intake hat
J code intake (EGR deleted)
9K Ramsey winch w/roller fairlead & 100' cable
TNA winch cradle (still have the factory bumper if wanted)
Caddy calipers
New e-brake cables
Extra IP and 8 injectors for 6.2
Banks gauge pack (EGT and Boost) on A pillar
Autometer diesel tach (takes signal from alternator)
Manual glow plug relay
New front door seals
new AC evaporator and drier (needs to be charged)
ORD Swaybar disco's
DIY shackle flip
L/R power window motors still in the boxes
Grey silverado seats from GMT900 series truck
Interior lined with MonstaLiner
5-37" Wrangler MTs on 12B H1 beadlocks (w/PVC inserts)
Rear bumper w/swing away

SOLD!

I've also got a 2012 Longhorn 16' car-hauler, 7K, with less than 1K miles on that I could throw in the deal
SOLD!

Edit: I have received some questions about delivery...I'd say about 400 miles is the farthest I'd be willing to drive.
Also, couple of questions on more pics and the paint. Check my build thread for more pics and I'll do my best to get some more uploaded for you. The paint is rustoleum blue implement paint. It not perfect, I'd say a pretty decent 10 ft paint job...has a few spots here and there, but it seems pretty solid and is at least a solid color, much better than the faded and chipping away blue and clear it had. It won't win any shows, but I would not be embarrassed to drive it because of that.

You aint sh!tt!n, thats a great price.. If you were closer Id have to seriously consider.. (Dont you hate it when people say that?)

Good luck. I got a 10 month old and I know how hard it is to do anything anymore!!!

Damn!! That's a great deal!!!!!!!

Thanks man!

Thanks! Drive out, and haul it back on the trailer :)

Truck isn't perfect...but wouldn't take much to make into a really cool DD.

If you want both, it's $6000...4.5 for the truck and 1.5 for the trailer.
Truck needs some minor work, more-so if you're wanting to DD it. If not, its ready to go hit the trails.
Its missing the temp blend door in the interior airbox
AC needs to be charged
A pillar gauge pod could use some body filler and sanding
Weeps fuel from IP into the lifter valley (extra IP included, along with set of refreshed injectors and gasket set)
E-Brake cables will need to be installed and hooked up to the caddy calipers
Rear swing away needs to be drilled for lugs to carry spare (its currently blank)
Rear window is slow, has new motor, I think the regulator needs to be cleaned out really good, runs ok when attached to a drill
Driver's door won't latch if you slam it, you have to close gently (new latch needed?) but closes fine and locks like its supposed to, as long as you don't slam it. if you do, it bounces off the seals

I think thats about it; like I said lots of little things that I just don't have time to fix these days.

That's a great deal for someone, drive in, hook up Trailer and all, drive off.

I don't have a truck to pull it 430 miles :doah:

And those aren't selectable lockers, are they. Anyone in my area just want the trailer and we'll go halfsies on fuel

Hey man! Unfortunately they're not selectable lockers.

if you're serious about it and no one around ya needs a trailer, I might be able to haul it down to AR...I just need some lead time in order to get a couple of days off work.

I'll see if I can widdle the wife down. I just bought her a new toy :waytogo:

Plus I'm dumping my TJ as soon as my title comes in. Wish they were selectable, looking for mostly a DD. That can be dealt with though.

If it was that easy we would all do it . I'm in Colorado
You should reconsider getting rid of your rig it looks good and you have spent some time on it
Just sayin

It is easy, it's all interstate, just a long way :)
Thanks man, but if it were my decision alone, I would not be selling... ;)

I'm going to have to talk to my wife. That is one amazing deal, even from CA. Plus I love diesel everything.

I am very tempted to do this but I will wait a little. ..
Unless you're willing to take any partial trades.
I don't want to finish all my savings yet but this k5 is as close to what I want as possible.
