The San Rafael Swell National Conservation bill (S. 2048); protecting the San Rafael from resource activity, but allowing well-managed OHV access to this beautiful region; has been miraculaously re-vitalized as a possible provision in the Labor, Health and Human Services Appropriations bill (HR 4577).
But opponents to the provision and OHV recreation are moving fast to bring pressure to bear against this rider. Let your voice be heard!
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE CONFEREES FROM THEIR STATE (see list at bottom), please call those lawmakers RIGHT AWAY and ask them to support the San Rafael provision to the Labor, Health and Human Services Appropriations bill. Their decision is imminent!
