what would y'all recommend to use for a almost frame off restoration?
i was looking at getting a siphon feed kit and using just play sand from home depot.

i dont have to have it perfect because im spraying bedliner to coat it, but i am wanting to get rid of all rust and most other debris.

just get a 25 or 50 lb pressure fed from horrible freight.. siphon's suck donkey dong, you'd be there a month...

silica in your lungs will kill ya in a hurry, very bad for ya... a good respirator is an absolute must... most play sands need to be sifted as they have pebbles, etc in em... I've run white sand with good results and it's only a bit more money... many use black beauty, etc.. actual blasting sands are usually graded 0, 00, etc, obviously the courser ya run the quicker it rips, and rougher the surface it leaves..

my experience is that play sand is too moist...and it's too much trouble to dry it...it's about $12 for 100 pounds of real blasting sand...it's worth it.
