Sandblasting attachment for pressure washer?

Never even hurd of such a thing for a pressure washer. Do you have a link to one?

Are you talking about a suction hose off the pressure washer into a bag of sand? Thats how we remove graffiti at work. Not sure if it'd work on blasting parts.

it's called hydroblasting.. commonly used on boat bottoms...

We used to have a media blaster at work that used water to propel the media (sodium bicarbonate). It used a pressureized air tank to force the media into the water line.

We do have hydro blasters for machined parts at one of our machine shops, but thats different then using grit thru a pressure washer.

I have used them before, they work alright. Better than a wire wheel and grinder but they do provide you with a huge mess after you are done.

Also by the time I was done blasting the rail I was working on some rust had already started to form. So leave yourself enough time to wipe the whole piece down and at least some primer or something
