Anyone know of a good SAS bracket/spring/steering kit that will fit a 2000 GMC K3500 and provide no more than a couple inches of lift? It's a plow truck so it can't be too tall.

ORU has the best kit for the lowest lift. It gives 3" over stock. But you will have to do some cutting of the crossmember or the springs will hit if not take it out entirely. As for mounting a plow, gonna havta be creative there. Both the ORU (or any SAS kit) and plow stuff mount on the same spot of the frame. There is a local guy here who has done this, not sure how. He is running the ORU kit and steering, 2" springs and running 35" BFGs muds. Looks pretty sweet.

Do you have a picture of his truck with that setup?

I'm still debating if I want to SAS my '99 or not (old body style)

In my sig there is a link to some pics. Don't have the truck anymore, but want to get another one an SAS it...
