SAS on a 90 chevy 1/2 ton

i have a friend that wants to do a SAS on a 90 chevy 1/2 ton. has anyone out there done one and if so, do you still have the directions? will a 10 bolt from an 87 blazer fit under there or does it need to be shortened? any help would be great. thanks
