I've been a sausage stuffing machine for the past few months, I've made snack sticks, bierwurst, Summer Sausage, Pepperoni, and breakfast sausage. Here's a before smoking/after smoking shot of the pepperoni:

Summer Sausage....this stuff came out really good, I mean, reeeeaally gooood!
