Save 12 bolt rear or not?

Pulling axles out from under 71 Jimmy......dana 44 in front, so I'm 4 sure pulling that, but what about the 12 bolt rear? Worth the trouble? I figure most would be upgarding to 14b if anything?

i blew up 2 12 bolts and then upgraded to 14 bff.they just did not hold up well to the abuse of big tires and a heavy right foot.i ended up selling my 12 bolt to a guy with a 78 camero.you never know who will want it.
