sawapping a TBI onto a '73 350

This has been covered in one form or another many times. You either have to bite the bullit and buy a new manifold, TB, all sensors and wiring loom (complete packages available from TurboCity or go to a breakers and get a motor and EVERYTHING associated with the swap.
Your stock early motor will also need a new computer friendly cam too. I'd go for a complete motor and ancilleries swap personally (this is what I did on my '78.
If you search a bit harder you will find plenty of posts about this.
