You should have used a 3+3 cab:D

I'd say link it front and rear, single t-case, tube bed with gm skins.

Would that make it a 1+1? :haha:

The stepside fender thing actually sounds kinda cool ... I mean, the bed would be like a foot or two wide inside, but the cab is already kinda silly looking, why not continue with that theme?

Looks good Kert. You and Brett do that? is there enough room between the rockers for a stock frame? I think it would be light enough to throw half ton running gear under it to keep the weight done. Of course...Terrys motor will probably tear those 10 bolts apart so that would be out of the question too.

Are you guys gonna be around sunday, Just wanna see if you wanna start some work on my truck. Maybe look at the frame on my Blazer too.

Looks like a chop to me

Drey: I had nothing to do with it:shocked:

i say
interior cage
tube frame
linked
doubled or a stak

something like 350 propane or injected, t400 with a stak. depending on weight and horsepower maybe half tons. use narrowed ones to keep it skinny

Drey, I'm sure we will be at the shop on Sunday. Swing on up if you want too.

I believe we are doing an internal cage. Keep the Chevy look and not hide the lines.

We do have some 42" tractor tires we could use. Those of course would require some serious axles.

Some good ideas coming here. The stepside box sounds cool. Blazer would have been cool too had we started with a blazer.

we'll have to see what happens I guess.

Stomper, It is a chop! where have you been??:haha:

looking at those dodge pictures makes me dizzy

they look stretched in the vertical if you concentrate on the truck.

Here's where its headed so far.

Chevy frame.

Bedsides that we have but chopped considerably. Pinned on. Decided against the step sides since we don't have a pair laying around.

Interior cage.

Propane burning 383, probably.

Possibly built 700/241

HPD44/Ford 9"

Thinking links right now. Have something special in mind here.

I have a set of stepside rear frnders if ya need them.. but im in socal

So, let me ask you guys,

What would you do with it? Sell it to me!!

Tube chassis or chevy frame? Rectangular tube frame, with round tube for mounts, shocke hoops etc.

Link it or leaf it? Linked with air shocks front and rear

Flatbed or box sides? Flatbed or a tube back-half

Doubled or not? Stak 3spd

Exocage maybe? Possibly, I don't think you could comfortably get an interior cage in that

Axle selection? cheap-1/2tons with chromo shafts, 38" max tires size. extreme-Steering d60s front/rear or steering Mog 9s front/rear either with 47" LTBs

Build on the cheap or extreme? Depends how much money I got

Kick some ideas at me....

Some parts we have lying around,

400/203
NP205 drivers drop
14BFF
NP205 div. pass drop
HPDana 44
several other 203 variants.
208's and 241's
There ya go :D
