How do I tell if my 350 Sb from my 90 Suburban is set up for a roller cam? There is a rounded ridge that runs down the middle of the lifter valley with 3 tapped hopes in it. Thanks.

yes that is a roller block the taped holes are for the lifter guide retanier
Also the tops of the lifter bores need to be machined flat, if not then you would need a retro-fit roller cam and lifters.
