Hey, I was wondering what a small block chevy 350 is worth? it is out of a 84 blazer with all the stock air conditioning. It's NOT for sale, I just want a price quote for how much I'd get if I were to sell one. We are having troubles with a "friend" of ours, he owes us money and hasn't paid us back yet for a while.
So anyone know a rough estimate? If this is in the wrong forum, someone please move it so I am not breaking the law /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif

i just bought a 97-98 crate 350 for 400 bucks, so go from there. depends on how many miles, does it pass inspection, blah blah blah.

Yeah, I'd say 100 clams... /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif

Does it run good ??? If it's in good shape (Doesn't burn oil), then I'd say $150.00 to $200.00, if it's s good rebuildable core, $50.00.

Dont forget almost everyone is talking US $ while your probably thinking Canadian $ /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif

Yes. Couldn't get a 350 in a 1/2 ton pickup from 82-86 but you could certainly get one in a Blazer or Sub.

Hmm that mustve been a US thing, We had a couple 85's that had factory 350's /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

And Yeah i was getting at 150 canadian. Thats what i sell my 350s for, and i charge 100 for a 305 and 500 for a 400. Big blocks are usually more, unless its a tall deck, then thats also 500.

Yep. It IS a U.S. thing. I believe you *could* get a 350 with California emissions from 82-86 but I've never been able to verfiy this.

I know that 49 state emissions 1/2 ton pickups for sure were not available with 350s. Only a 6 cyl, 305, or Diesel.
