SBC, Heads and intake

I have a SBC with casting number 3970010 (1969 - 1980 according to mortec), stock cast heads are 33417369 (1990 - UP according to mortec), and the intake is off a 70's motor. Will I be able to use these newer heads with this block and intake or is the intake bolts slightly different like I thought I read at one time?

The angle on the 4 inner intake bolts is slightly different. It's nothing that a few minutes with a die grinder won't fix.

Would it be worth it to mod the intake holes or sells these heads and get some different ones?
