$600!!!!!! I will rig up some HIDs LOL. I want to know how they look in person
My other interests lie in BMW's, and i bought a well reccomended kit from DDMtuning. They make bulbs (lifetime warranty....or until the company goes under ) in lots of different fitments. The whole setup was about $100 for bulbs and balasts in the 55w 5000K setup. You can get 35w for like 20$ less, and can get any bulb temp/color you want. If someone can find a set of decent lenses, you could put together a setup for way under $200. Who makes good lenses in the $100 light range? I have no experience with light mfg's.....
And with the 5000K ones i have ( i think, or 6000K), they are as white as can be. Thank god the bmw lenses are well focused, cause they are BRIGHT. I will post some pics if you want. I wanted no tint of blue, and got exactly what i wanted

Yeah, and? That's at the mid to upper end too... I'm not saying HID's are cheap but you get what you pay for. There are a lot of trucks and side by sides that run HID's out in the dunes and it's worth every penny.
If you break it down it's not too bad... he's talking about running 14 lights... ok so 14 lights at $30 a pop (which is probably low) is about $450 with tax...
So $450 + a crap load of wiring, relays and fuses vs. about $800 for a pair of HID's.
They look like it's 2:00 in the afternoon on a bright summer day... Super bright.

Yip, i wasnt going to say anything cuz the OP seems hell bent on adding a ton o lights. But quality is better than quantity. now unless you go with 14 HIDs. . I went with the big ole 8" KCs for better lighting and I didnt want to have a ton of lights on my truck. If I ever go with some kind of roof top mount, ill have 4 - 5 lights max. 2 outside perimeter lights and the rest will be long range. and possible 1-2 rear lights.
