I have no Idea, I didn't look real close at the printing that is stamped on the friction disk.
the kid that sold it to me showed me the engine that he unbolted it from last summer, he never got it into the 69 2wd stepside.

it fits my SM465 thats the first thing I did was slid it onto the input shaft.

Just wait till she gets the burb back, all chopped, bobbed, hotter cam in the engine, and a manual trans, with both axles spooled, and sitting about 4 1/2 inches taller. Oh, did I forget to mention the glass pack mufflers?
