Score!

Yeah! Now I can properly set the pre-load on my pinion bearings and get my axle back together. I couldn't justify spending full retail price on something that will get very limited use.

Of course, this also means I'm gonna have the ability to re-gear axles and all that...

I hate to burst your bubble but that is a FOOT pound torque wrench and in order to set pinion pre-load you need an INCH pound torque wrench. You also need a 0-25 in. lb. to be exact.

You know what...sh!t... you're exactly right...

I've seen those... I may end up getting one yet. In the meantime, I did get one hell of a deal on the wrong one, so maybe I can get my money back or even profit from it.

it is a cool score though, try and sell it if you cant use it.

take a pic of the tool, would like to see what it actually is.

I would keep it.

X2.

Once i own a tool it will never leave my possession until it is either broke or i'm dead, hopefully not the latter.

What for? I don't see myself needing a 50 lb-ft torque wrench. Of course, I'll sell it and find a need, I'm sure... :haha:

But really, money's tight right now and I don't need to be buying stuff I don't really need.
