I scored a Dana 70U SRW 35 Spline 4.10 for $150.
Now, I am selling my 14 bolt, but I am trying to put the disc brake conversion onto the Dana 70.
It will almost work.
Check these pics out:
As you can see in the pictures two of the bolts line up, but two are offset.
Q#1 Should I modify the brackets or the housing? or buy new brackets?
Q#2 Should there be a problem with the fact that the inside of the bracket does not set flush with the housing like it did with the 14 bolt?
