So i got this HID kit from a swap meet for 20 BUCK!!!!! dunno what the guy was thinking. It came with 2 ballast and seven 8k bulbs. So im planning on putting this in my 84 blazer. What housing should I use?

Unfortunately, you're not gonna find that the proper housings are quite as cheap...
If your Blazer has seperate headlight housings for the high beams and low beams, you can install the setup in your highbeams without any ill-effects on other drivers, but you'll find that your low beams are horribly inadequate all of a sudden. The proper driver for the low beams is a housing designed particularly for an HID driver, and they can cost close to a grand.
