Family friend was having a garage sale. I got 5 Humvee takeoffs (75% 37s) for $20 each and a set of 16.5" stock wheels for another $20. So, $120 for five tires and 4 wheels. WooHoo!

And it's not that I was screwing him over; he works at a landfill and one of the army depots sent over a few truckloads of tires his way. Needless to say, only the worst of the load actually made it into the landfill. Recycling at its best, I say.

Well, the Camaro just got a new set of shoes (18"s/19"s off a 2007 Vette) a few months ago. I picked up a 14bff and a 8 lug 10bolt for $150 a month or so ago. Just need to sort out the gearing choice and build up a few more $$$ in the project account.
