How badly scratched?
From prior dealings with glass, if you have to dig down too deep getting scratches out, you start to run into issues with distortion in the view.
I've seen a glass pro use some sort of powder to take scratches out of windows, but they were pretty light. It was in a company truck of one that installed windshields at your house, so it should be pretty common stuff.

its kinda bad ill try to post a pic later today. im bumed the window was just replaced about a year or so ago and a wiper took a dump when i was up on the mountian.
If nobody posts up with particular examples, call up a local windshield replacement place and see if they offer anything.
I know the type of scratches you are talking about, they aren't pretty, nor small.
