If it gets worse after 30, somebody put me out of my misery now. /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif I think I just had a rough year to year & a half. In that time frame I: got married, my father-in-law died, had hernia surgery, broke my leg(which never healed properly), & now to top it off, I think my hernia is coming back. It can't get much worse, can it?

I had a very similar situation. Someone I trusted said they would put my gears in my 14 bolt for me. I gave him the gears and he disappeared for about 6 months. Luckily I live very close to him. I basically called him one day, after I had left about 20 messages that he didn't respond to. When I got his answering machine, I made it real clear to him I wasn't messing around. I told him that my lawyer told me to give him one last chance before I take him to court and sue him over the matter, so if he didn't want me to take him to court then he better return what was mine. Seriously about 2 minutes later he called right back sounding very eager to return my stuff to me. Now of course it was a bluff, but both my parents are lawyers, so they give me the proper terminology to use when bluffing like that /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif Maybe you can do that if he doesn't come through. People hate lawyers /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

...I think a few guys down in that neck of the woods just beating the sh!t out of him would probalby do the trick too... And at least after you beat him down you could take his wallet and get some of your $$ back, if the looser has any cash on his sorry a$$.

Well, according to Jameson, he sent the MO back to me last Thursday, May 15th. It's now Tuesday, May 20th and it still hasn't arrived. The Post Office is slow, but they aren't that slow! /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif

what a #$%^. I just sent a money order for an axle....this post makes me worry. Honestly, if a 4 or 5 k5's pulled into his place of work for an honest "inquiry", he would most likely see the light.

Man that really sucks. I'm sure a few K'5ers who live in Texas would help you out. I would but im in NC. I would never do that to anyone. Someone just bought something off of me on here, and I recieved their check last week, and am shipping the item this week, (Thursday actually, after the check clears), and the though of doing something like that never even crossed my mind. What an a$#!!!!!

Ok called him, his voice mail said he's out of the office until June 2nd. He mentioned he was going back east so I think that is where he is... but if this guy hasn't stepped up by then, let me know and we'll go from there...
