Seal for wheel well to tub.

I'm slowly getting the rust areas cut out and and repaired and my question is what is used for the seal for the wheel well in the tub.

Use a good body seam sealer from a body shop supply , thats all you will need. Tell them what you are doing and they will get you the right stuff.

Sounds OK, looks like there was a gasket material there when I took them out. I'll talk to the supply house.

Wouldn't a tube of Butyl rubber caulk work just as good and lot cheaper than body shop seam sealer.
