Anyone have any tricks on pulling the rear yoke seal from a chevy 205? (without any high doller seal pullers!)

A prybar. Couldnt you just take the piece that holds the seal off and hit it from behind with a punch?

Just did both the front and rear seals on my 205. REMOVE THE SEAL RETAINER! It pops right out that way.
I used a prybar on the front output and front pinion seal, but the rear output I removed the seal retainer and it was soooooooo easy.
