sealer between B-pillar and rocker; rocker and quarter panel?

Should I be using seam sealer between the B-pillar and rocker; rocker and quarter panel?

Mine was redone with Por 15 / Por Patch.. you could opt for SEM Structural Adhesive, JB Steel Weld epoxy. .

There all better than a caulking

I have the factory assembly manual. It calls for expandable foam sealer. That has since been discontinued.
