Seat back problem

I recently purchased a very clean 1990 K5 Scottsdale. My only problem with it is the fact that there are somehow no adjustment levers for the seat backs, leaving both seats in a slightly reclined position and making for a very uncomfortable ride. My beloved but rusty other Blazer, an '89, has the same saddle vinyl buckets, but with levers. If I removed the passenger seat (the driver's seat is ripped to shreds) from the '89 to use in the '90, would it bolt in even if it meant that the seat back adjuster would have to be on the right side instead of the left? I don't want to do this, but it seems the only alternative. Thanks.

Time to break out the tape measure.Check the bolt holes and seat area, thats the only way to know.
