Seat Belt Bolts?!?!

What size / thread are the bolts needed to bolt down the seat belt brackets (to the floor) in a pickup cab? I can't find a bolt that will thread in correctly.

Most likely in that vintage they are Metric. As a guess either a 10mm x 1.5 or a 12mm x 1.75

Just went through this hunt they are 12mm x 1.75 x 30. FYI the bolts for the seat are the same.
