Hey guys, looking to see if you have factory seats, if you could measure the front of the top of the cushion to the floor, the rear to the floor, and if it slides forward, how far from the glovebox the seat is.

Picked up some gmt900 seats....I feel they're sitting low. 10 rear and 12 front.

Need to figure where to mount so the slide fwd/bkwd makes sense....will need some custom mounts so your numbers will help me!

Thanks!!

this probably wont help much. i ran into the same thing when i swapped seats in my 73 blazer. I don`t have any glove box measurements,in the 73 the whole seat tilts forward.it dosent slide.best bet bring a tape measure and look for another blazer and ask if you could measure it. thats what i ended up doing.

I was going to measure my Burb seats for you today and I totally forgot. I have to run back to my dads tomorrow when I pick up the driveshaft and I will check for you then.

Given how hard it was to see in the interior with no lights, these will be approximate, but should be pretty close. The rear edge of the seat is weird, it's not cushion, it's a raised up bit of plastic, so the seat cushion itself at the rear might be an inch or so lower than what I measured. The truck appears to be stock, carpeted floor. All measurements with seat either all the way forward or rearward.

Front top of cushion to floor with seat to the rear, 14". With seat forward, 15"

Rear of seat to floor 8.5" with seat to rear. 9" with seat to front.

Measuring distance from glovebox lower lip (where it's hinge is) to most forward point of the seat cushion, with seat to rear 16.5", seat to front 9.5".

Hope these help!
