Hammer them back in place and weld it up. Any welding shop will be able to take care of this if you can't/don't weld. My seat mounts had broken through the floor in multiple places both passenger and driver sides. It was around 80 bucks to have the floor repaired and some steel reinforcement/weight distribution plates installed around all of the bolt holes.
If they aren't too bad it shouldn't be a big deal to zip them back up. The rear outside mount on the driver's side of mine was bad enough that I had to use an old license plate to keep the seat from falling backwards. The weird thing is there wasn't a spot of rust anywhere on the floor, just really thin sheet metal.
